The Bovine SELECTIN ENDOTHELIUM (SELE) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for the accurate measurement of SELECTIN ENDOTHELIUM levels in bovine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity to deliver precise and reliable results, making it suitable for various research applications.SELECTIN ENDOTHELIUM is a critical protein involved in mediating cell adhesion and inflammation by facilitating interactions between leukocytes and the endothelium. Its dysregulation has been implicated in diseases such as atherosclerosis, inflammatory disorders, and autoimmune conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
The Bovine SELECTIN ENDOTHELIUM (SELE) ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool to accurately quantify SELECTIN ENDOTHELIUM levels in bovine samples, enabling further understanding of its role in health and disease. This kit provides a user-friendly and efficient solution for studying the complex mechanisms underlying vascular biology and inflammatory responses in bovine models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
