Bovine Retinol Binding Protein 4, Plasma (RBP4) ELISA Kit
The Bovine Retinol-Binding Protein 4 (Plasma RBP4) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of RBP4 levels in bovine plasma samples. This kit is ideal for researchers studying metabolism, obesity, and related conditions as RBP4 is known to be involved in insulin resistance and metabolic disorders.RBP4 is a key protein that regulates retinol transport and metabolism, playing a crucial role in various physiological processes.
Abnormal levels of RBP4 have been linked to insulin resistance, obesity, and other metabolic disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these conditions and developing targeted therapies. With its reliable performance and ease of use, the Bovine Retinol-Binding Protein 4 (Plasma RBP4) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to study the role of RBP4 in bovine health and metabolism.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
