Bovine Parathyroid Hormone Related Protein (PTHrP) ELISA Kit
The Bovine Parathyroid Hormone Related Protein (PTHrP) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for quantifying the levels of PTHrP in bovine serum, plasma, and tissue samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.PTHrP is a key regulator of calcium homeostasis and bone metabolism, playing a crucial role in various physiological processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of PTHrP has been linked to diseases like hypercalcemia, osteoporosis, and certain cancers, highlighting its importance as a potential diagnostic and therapeutic target.
Whether investigating the molecular mechanisms of bone diseases or exploring the potential therapeutic applications of PTHrP, the Bovine PTHrP ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable and efficient method for measuring PTHrP levels in bovine samples. Trust in this kit for accurate and precise data to advance your research in the field of bone biology and beyond.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
