Bovine Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta (MIP1b) ELISA Kit
The Bovine Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta (MIP1B) ELISA Kit offered by Assay Genie is specifically designed for the accurate detection of MIP1B levels in bovine serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.MIP1B is a key chemokine involved in the inflammatory response, playing a critical role in recruiting immune cells to sites of infection or injury.
Dysregulation of MIP1B levels has been linked to various inflammatory diseases and conditions, making it an important biomarker for studying and understanding these disorders. With the Assay Genie Bovine MIP1B ELISA Kit, researchers can effectively measure MIP1B levels in bovine samples with confidence, enabling a deeper understanding of inflammatory processes and potentially leading to the development of new therapeutic strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
