The Bovine Interleukin-1 Alpha (IL1A) ELISA Kit from AssayGenie is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of IL1A in bovine samples. This kit provides high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Interleukin-1 Alpha is a key cytokine that plays a vital role in the immune response and inflammation. It is involved in various physiological and pathological processes, making it a valuable biomarker for studying inflammatory conditions, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders in bovine species.
With the AssayGenie Bovine IL1A ELISA Kit, researchers can effectively analyze IL1A levels in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants. This kit enables reliable quantification of IL1A, allowing for a better understanding of the role of this cytokine in bovine health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
