Bovine Heat Shock Protein 90kDa Alpha B1 (HSP90aB1) ELISA Kit
The Bovine Heat Shock Protein 90kDa Alpha B1 (Hsp90ab1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of Hsp90ab1 levels in bovine samples such as serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for a variety of research applications.Hsp90ab1 is a molecular chaperone protein that plays a key role in cellular homeostasis and the regulation of various cellular processes. It is involved in protein folding, stabilization, and degradation, making it essential for cell survival and function. Dysregulation of Hsp90ab1 has been linked to various diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for disease research and drug development.
By accurately quantifying Hsp90ab1 levels in bovine samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying disease pathology and identify potential therapeutic targets. The Bovine Heat Shock Protein 90kDa Alpha B1 (Hsp90ab1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying the role of Hsp90ab1 in health and disease, enabling researchers to advance their understanding of cellular physiology and pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
