The Bcl10 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying the Bcl10 protein, which plays a crucial role in signaling pathways involved in cell survival and apoptosis. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.Bcl10 is a key regulator of the NF-κB signaling pathway, which is essential for immune response and inflammation. Dysregulation of Bcl10 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
Research into the function and regulation of Bcl10 is important for understanding the underlying mechanisms of these diseases and developing targeted therapies.By using the Bcl10 Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can effectively detect and analyze Bcl10 protein levels in different cell types, providing valuable insights into its role in disease pathogenesis. This antibody is an essential tool for studies in immunology, cancer research, and other fields where Bcl10 activity is of interest.

This gene was identified by its translocation in a case of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. The protein encoded by this gene contains a caspase recruitment domain (CARD), and has been shown to induce apoptosis and to activate NF-kappaB. This protein is reported to interact with other CARD domain containing proteins including CARD9, 10, 11 and 14, which are thought to function as upstream regulators in NF-kappaB signaling. This protein is found to form a complex with MALT1, a protein encoded by another gene known to be translocated in MALT lymphoma. MALT1 and this protein are thought to synergize in the activation of NF-kappaB, and the deregulation of either of them may contribute to the same pathogenetic process that leads to the malignancy. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
