The ATP6AP1L Polyclonal Antibody (PAC063423) is a valuable tool for researchers studying ATP6AP1L, a protein involved in various cellular functions, including ion transport and membrane fusion. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By specifically binding to the ATP6AP1L protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of ATP6AP1L in a variety of cell types, making it an ideal choice for studies in cell biology and physiology.ATP6AP1L, also known as the V-ATPase accessory protein, plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis by participating in the regulation of pH and vesicular trafficking.
Dysregulation of ATP6AP1L has been implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. Therefore, investigating the function and expression of ATP6AP1L is essential for understanding its role in health and disease. This antibody provides a valuable tool for researchers aiming to explore the mechanisms underlying ATP6AP1L function and its potential implications in pathophysiology.
IHC image of PACO63423 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human adrenal gland tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Immunofluorescence staining of SH-SY5Y cells with PACO63423 at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
