The ATAD3A/ATAD3B Polyclonal Antibody is a powerful tool for researchers studying the ATAD3A and ATAD3B proteins involved in mitochondrial dynamics and function. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot applications.ATAD3A and ATAD3B are essential for maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis and are implicated in various cellular processes such as mitochondrial nucleoid organization, lipid metabolism, and mitochondrial fusion. Dysregulation of these proteins has been linked to mitochondrial dysfunction and diseases like neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes.
With the ATAD3A/ATAD3B Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can accurately detect and quantify the expression levels of these crucial proteins in different cell types, providing valuable insights into their functions in health and disease. This antibody is a valuable tool for studies in mitochondrial biology, bioenergetics, and the development of potential therapeutic strategies targeting mitochondrial dysfunction.
Product Name:
ATAD3A/ATAD3B Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB22703
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-240 of human ATAD3B (NP_114127.3).
The protein encoded by this gene is localized to the mitochondrial inner membrane, where it can bind to a highly-related protein, ATAD3A. ATAD3A appears to interact with matrix nucleoid complexes, and the encoded protein negatively regulates that interaction. This gene is expressed almost exclusively in pluripotent embryonic stem cells and some cancer cells. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Purification Method:
Affinity purification
Gene ID:
55210/83858
Storage Buffer:
Store at -20℃. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide,50% glycerol,pH7.3.
