The ARMC10 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying ARMC10, a protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation and DNA repair. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has high specificity for human samples and is validated for use in Western blotting applications. It binds to the ARMC10 protein, allowing for its detection and analysis in a variety of cell types.ARMC10, also known as Armadillo repeat containing 10, plays a crucial role in maintaining genomic stability and proper cell division.
Dysregulation of ARMC10 has been linked to cancer development and progression, making it a potential target for cancer research and therapy development. By studying the function of ARMC10, researchers can gain insights into its role in tumorigenesis and potentially identify new therapeutic strategies for treating cancer.
Product Name:
ARMC10 Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB21304
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 169-308 of human ARMC10 (NP_001154481.1).
This gene encodes a protein that contains an armadillo repeat and transmembrane domain. The encoded protein decreases the transcriptional activity of the tumor suppressor protein p53 through direct interaction with the DNA-binding domain of p53, and may play a role in cell growth and survival. Upregulation of this gene may play a role in hepatocellular carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 3.
