The ARF6 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB3162) is a valuable tool for researchers studying ARF6, a small GTPase protein involved in regulating membrane trafficking and cytoskeleton organization. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blot applications.ARF6 plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including endocytosis, exocytosis, and cell migration. Dysregulation of ARF6 has been implicated in diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and infectious diseases.
By targeting ARF6 with this antibody, researchers can detect and analyze the protein in different cell types, allowing for a better understanding of its role in physiological and pathological conditions. With its specificity and reliability, the ARF6 Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for studying ARF6-mediated signaling pathways and potential therapeutic targets related to membrane trafficking and cellular dynamics. Researchers in cell biology, molecular biology, and medical research will find this antibody indispensable for their studies.

Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 76-175 of human ARF6 (NP_001654.1).
This gene encodes a member of the human ARF gene family, which is part of the RAS superfamily. The ARF genes encode small guanine nucleotide-binding proteins that stimulate the ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of cholera toxin and play a role in vesicular trafficking and as activators of phospholipase D. The product of this gene is localized to the plasma membrane, and regulates vesicular trafficking, remodelling of membrane lipids, and signaling pathways that lead to actin remodeling. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 7.
