The WDR4 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB19765) is a valuable tool for researchers studying WDR4, a protein involved in RNA processing and ribosome biogenesis. This antibody is raised in rabbits and has high reactivity with human samples, making it suitable for various research applications.WDR4, also known as WD Repeat Domain 4, plays a crucial role in the post-transcriptional modification of RNA and is essential for the proper functioning of the ribosome. Dysregulation of WDR4 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions.
The WDR4 Polyclonal Antibody enables the detection and analysis of WDR4 in different cell types, providing researchers with valuable insights into its function and potential implications in disease development. Its versatility in applications such as Western blotting makes it an indispensable tool for studies in molecular biology, biomedicine, and cancer research.
Product Name:
WDR4 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB19765
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 250-350 of human WDR4 (P57081).
This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. This gene is excluded as a candidate for a form of nonsyndromic deafness (DFNB10), but is still a candidate for other disorders mapped to 21q22.3 as well as for the development of Down syndrome phenotypes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
