The Anti-VEGF-D Antibody (CAB19242) is a powerful tool for researchers studying vascular endothelial growth factor-D (VEGF-D), a key protein involved in angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. This polyclonal antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity when detecting VEGF-D in human samples, making it suitable for use in various research applications, including Western blotting and immunohistochemistry.VEGF-D is a crucial regulator of blood vessel and lymphatic vessel formation, playing a critical role in processes such as wound healing, embryonic development, and tumor growth.
By targeting VEGF-D, researchers can gain insights into the mechanisms driving angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis, providing valuable information for studies in cancer research, cardiovascular diseases, and other related fields. With its exceptional performance in detecting VEGF-D, the Anti-VEGF-D Antibody (CAB19242) is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to explore the roles of VEGF-D in health and disease. Its reliability and reproducibility make it an essential reagent for investigations aimed at understanding the complex pathways involving VEGF-D and its potential as a therapeutic target.
Product Name:
VEGF-D Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB19242
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 200-300 of human VEGF-D (O43915).
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the platelet-derived growth factor/vascular endothelial growth factor (PDGF/VEGF) family and is active in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, and endothelial cell growth. This secreted protein undergoes a complex proteolytic maturation, generating multiple processed forms which bind and activate VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 receptors. This protein is structurally and functionally similar to vascular endothelial growth factor C. Read-through transcription has been observed between this locus and the upstream PIR (GeneID 8544) locus.
