The NF-kB2 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB3108) is a valuable tool for researchers studying NF-kB2, a key transcription factor involved in regulating immune and inflammatory responses. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the NF-kB2 protein, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it an essential component for studies in immunology, inflammation, and cancer research.NF-kB2 is a crucial mediator of immune and inflammatory signaling pathways, with dysregulation of its activity linked to various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
By understanding the role of NF-kB2 in these conditions, researchers can identify potential therapeutic targets and develop new treatments that modulate immune responses effectively. The NF-kB2 Polyclonal Antibody provides researchers with a powerful tool to investigate the function of NF-kB2 and its impact on immune regulation, offering insights that could lead to important advancements in the field of immunology and disease research.

This gene encodes a subunit of the transcription factor complex nuclear factor-kappa-B (NFkB). The NFkB complex is expressed in numerous cell types and functions as a central activator of genes involved in inflammation and immune function. The protein encoded by this gene can function as both a transcriptional activator or repressor depending on its dimerization partner. The p100 full-length protein is co-translationally processed into a p52 active form. Chromosomal rearrangements and translocations of this locus have been observed in B cell lymphomas, some of which may result in the formation of fusion proteins. There is a pseudogene for this gene on chromosome 18. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
