The Anti-NF-kB2 Antibody (CAB11163) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the NF-kB2 protein, a transcription factor involved in regulating immune and inflammatory responses. This polyclonal antibody, generated in rabbits, demonstrates high specificity and sensitivity in detecting NF-kB2 in human samples, making it an ideal choice for Western blot applications. By binding specifically to NF-kB2, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis of the protein in various cell types, providing insights into its role in immunology and inflammation.NF-kB2 plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses and promoting cell survival, making it a key player in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
By studying the activity of NF-kB2, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases, potentially leading to the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting NF-kB2. The Anti-NF-kB2 Antibody (CAB11163) is a valuable tool for advancing research in these areas and uncovering new insights into the complex interplay between NF-kB2 and immune regulation.

This gene encodes a subunit of the transcription factor complex nuclear factor-kappa-B (NFkB). The NFkB complex is expressed in numerous cell types and functions as a central activator of genes involved in inflammation and immune function. The protein encoded by this gene can function as both a transcriptional activator or repressor depending on its dimerization partner. The p100 full-length protein is co-translationally processed into a p52 active form. Chromosomal rearrangements and translocations of this locus have been observed in B cell lymphomas, some of which may result in the formation of fusion proteins. There is a pseudogene for this gene on chromosome 18. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
