Anti-Mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) [A7R34] In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin
Introducing the Anti-Mouse CD127 (IL-7R) [A7R34] In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin from Assay Genie, a highly specific monoclonal antibody designed for in vivo applications. This antibody targets the CD127 protein, a critical component of the interleukin-7 receptor involved in lymphocyte development and homeostasis, making it an ideal choice for research in immunology and related fields. With a rat IgG2a isotype, it ensures high purity and low endotoxin levels (<1.0 EU/mg), perfect for ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and other assays.
Available in various sizes, it is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline for stability and efficacy. Elevate your research with this reliable and versatile antibody. CD127, also known as IL-7R, is a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of immune cells such as T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells. It plays a significant role in the immune system by supporting the survival, differentiation, and proliferation of lymphocytes through interaction with its ligand, interleukin-7 (IL-7).
Product Name:
Anti-Mouse CD127 (IL-7Rα) In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin
B, CyTOF®, FA, FC, IF Staining, IHC FF, In Vivo, IP, WB
Formulation:
This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added. Due to inherent biochemical properties of antibodies, certain products may be prone to precipitation over time. Precipitation may be removed by aseptic centrifugation and/or filtration.

CD127 (IL7R-α) is a 60-90 kD type I cytokine receptor involved in the regulation of lymphopoiesis. The active receptor is an α/gamma chain heterodimer. The common gamma chain, which also associates with the IL-2 receptor, serves mainly to activate signal transduction via the IL7R complex. CD127 also interacts with the Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin Receptor (TSLPR). CD127 determines signaling events via its association with cytoplasmic signaling molecules and has been reported to be a useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells.
