Description
Anti-Mouse 4-1BB In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin
Introducing the Anti-Mouse 4-1BB In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin from Assay Genie, a highly specific monoclonal antibody meticulously designed for in vivo applications. This antibody targets the 4-1BB protein, a member of the TNF receptor superfamily, pivotal in the regulation of immune responses, particularly T-cell activation and survival, making it an exceptional choice for immunology and oncology research. With a high level of specificity, it comes as a mouse IgG1 isotype, assuring high purity and ultra-low endotoxin levels (<1.0 EU/mg), suitable for various assays such as ELISA, flow cytometry, and functional assays.
Available in multiple sizes, this antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, ensuring stability and maximized efficacy. Enhance your research endeavors with this reliable and versatile antibody. 4-1BB, also known as CD137, is a costimulatory molecule found predominantly on activated T cells and other immune cells. Its interaction with ligands plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses, including the enhancement of T-cell proliferation and survival, contributing to its importance in therapeutic strategies against cancer and autoimmune diseases.

4-1BB (CD137) is a 39 kD transmembrane protein that is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family and is a co-stimulatory molecule that plays a role in T-cell-mediated proliferative response. When binding its ligand, CD137 provides costimulatory signals to both CD4 and CD8 T cells via the activation of NF-\uf06bB, c-Jun and p38 downstream pathways. Crosslinking of CD137 boosts T cell proliferation, IL-2 secretion, survival and cytolytic activity. Furthermore, it can increase immune activity to eliminate tumors in mice. Agonistic anti-CD137 antibodies have been reported to stimulate a more intense immune system attack on cancers.
