The Anti-IL13RA1 Antibody (CAB3524) is a highly specific tool for research involving IL13RA1, a cell surface receptor that plays a key role in the immune response. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits strong reactivity with human samples and has been thoroughly validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the IL13RA1 protein, this antibody allows for precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it an invaluable resource for studies in immunology and cancer research.IL13RA1, also known as interleukin-13 receptor alpha 1, is a crucial component in the signaling pathway of interleukin-13, a cytokine involved in inflammation and immune regulation.
By targeting IL13RA1, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying immune responses, particularly in the context of diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Investigating the function of IL13RA1 is essential for developing potential therapies that can modulate immune activity in these disease settings, making this antibody an indispensable tool for advancing our understanding of immune regulation.
Product Name:
IL13 receptor alpha 1 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB3524
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1-100 of human IL13RA1 (P78552).
The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the interleukin 13 receptor. This subunit forms a receptor complex with IL4 receptor alpha, a subunit shared by IL13 and IL4 receptors. This subunit serves as a primary IL13-binding subunit of the IL13 receptor, and may also be a component of IL4 receptors. This protein has been shown to bind tyrosine kinase TYK2, and thus may mediate the signaling processes that lead to the activation of JAK1, STAT3 and STAT6 induced by IL13 and IL4.
