Description
Anti-Human CD119 (IFN-γ Rα Chain) In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin
Introducing the Anti-Human CD119 (IFN-γ Rα Chain) In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin from Assay Genie, a meticulously crafted monoclonal antibody tailored for in vivo applications. This antibody specifically targets the CD119 protein (also known as the interferon-gamma receptor alpha chain), which plays a vital role in immune signaling and response. This makes it an exceptional choice for research in immunology, particularly in studies involving interferon signaling and immune modulation. Possessing a high-purity preparation and low endotoxin levels (<1.0 EU/mg), this antibody is perfect for use in ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and various other assays.
It is available in multiple sizes and is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline to ensure both stability and efficacy. Enhance your research with this reliable and versatile antibody, designed to provide consistent and reproducible results. CD119 is a critical component of the IFN-γ receptor complex, primarily expressed on the surface of immune cells. It is essential for mediating the biological effects of interferon-gamma, influencing processes such as antigen presentation, macrophage activation, and the regulation of adaptive immunity.

IFNγ Rα, or IFNγ R1, is a 90-100 kD type I transmembrane protein that is structurally related to IL-10 receptor. IFNγ Receptor consists of α and β chains and requires association of JAK1, JAK2 and Stat1 for IFN-γ signal transduction which induces tyrosine phosphorylation of IFN-γ Rα leading to the formation of a docking site on the activated receptor for Stat1, which specifically activates IFN-γ induced gene transcription.
