The AMHR2 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB8813) is a powerful tool for researchers studying AMHR2, a key protein involved in the regulation of reproductive hormones and development. This antibody, produced using rabbit monoclonal technology, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity when used with human samples, making it an excellent choice for applications such as Western blotting and immunohistochemistry.AMHR2, also known as anti-Mullerian hormone receptor type 2, is essential for the proper functioning of the reproductive system, particularly in the development of male and female sex organs.
Dysregulation of AMHR2 has been linked to various reproductive disorders and infertility, highlighting its importance in reproductive biology research. By targeting AMHR2 with this antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into its functions and potential therapeutic applications in reproductive health.Overall, the AMHR2 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB8813) is a reliable tool for investigating the role of AMHR2 in reproductive biology and related fields, offering researchers a means to further our understanding of this critical protein and its implications for human health.

This gene encodes the receptor for the anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) which, in addition to testosterone, results in male sex differentiation. AMH and testosterone are produced in the testes by different cells and have different effects. Testosterone promotes the development of male genitalia while the binding of AMH to the encoded receptor prevents the development of the mullerian ducts into uterus and Fallopian tubes. Mutations in this gene are associated with persistent Mullerian duct syndrome type II. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
