The AMH Polyclonal Antibody (CAB8538) is specifically designed for research into Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH), a protein involved in reproductive health and development. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly sensitive and specific for use with human samples, making it a valuable tool for studying AMH in various research applications.AMH is a key regulator in the development of male and female reproductive systems, serving as a marker for ovarian reserve and potential fertility. Research on AMH is critical for understanding conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), ovarian dysfunction, and infertility.
The AMH Polyclonal Antibody enables researchers to detect and analyze AMH levels in different cell types and tissues, providing valuable insights into reproductive health and fertility.By targeting AMH, researchers can investigate its role in reproductive disorders and explore potential therapeutic interventions. The AMH Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for advancing research in reproductive biology and related fields, offering accurate and reliable detection of AMH protein levels for in-depth analysis and experimentation.

This gene encodes a secreted ligand of the TGF-beta (transforming growth factor-beta) superfamily of proteins. Ligands of this family bind various TGF-beta receptors leading to recruitment and activation of SMAD family transcription factors that regulate gene expression. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate N- and C-terminal cleavage products that homodimerize and associate to form a biologically active noncovalent complex. This complex binds to the anti-Mullerian hormone receptor type 2 and causes the regression of Mullerian ducts in the male embryo that would otherwise differentiate into the uterus and fallopian tubes. This protein also plays a role in Leydig cell differentiation and function and follicular development in adult females. Mutations in this gene result in persistent Mullerian duct syndrome.
