The AGT Polyclonal Antibody (CAB15637) is a valuable tool for researchers studying CD300A, an immune regulatory cell surface molecule. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity towards human samples and is specifically validated for Western blot applications. By binding to the CD300A protein, researchers can accurately detect and analyze its expression in various cell types, making it particularly useful for studies in immunology and cancer research.CD300A, also known as an immune inhibitory receptor, plays a key role in immune homeostasis by regulating inflammation and suppressing allergic reactions.
Its involvement in immune response modulation makes it a promising target for research in diseases such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Understanding the function of CD300A is essential for developing therapies that aim to manipulate or enhance immune function in these disease contexts.
Product Name:
Angiotensinogen Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB15637
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 35-485 of human Angiotensinogen (NP_000020.1).
The protein encoded by this gene, pre-angiotensinogen or angiotensinogen precursor, is expressed in the liver and is cleaved by the enzyme renin in response to lowered blood pressure. The resulting product, angiotensin I, is then cleaved by angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) to generate the physiologically active enzyme angiotensin II. The protein is involved in maintaining blood pressure, body fluid and electrolyte homeostasis, and in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension and preeclampsia. Mutations in this gene are associated with susceptibility to essential hypertension, and can cause renal tubular dysgenesis, a severe disorder of renal tubular development. Defects in this gene have also been associated with non-familial structural atrial fibrillation, and inflammatory bowel disease.
