The Alpha Centractin Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6515) is a powerful tool for researchers studying Alpha Centractin, a protein involved in cellular processes related to cell adhesion and motility. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is specifically designed for use in Western blot applications and is highly reactive with human samples.By targeting the Alpha Centractin protein, this antibody allows for precise detection and analysis of Alpha Centractin in a variety of cell types. This makes it an essential tool for studies in cell biology, cancer research, and other fields where understanding cell adhesion and motility is crucial.
Alpha Centractin is known to play a role in regulating cell movement and adhesion, making it a potential target for therapies aimed at controlling cell migration in diseases such as cancer. By using the Alpha Centractin Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can gain valuable insights into the functions of Alpha Centractin and its implications for various cellular processes.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 187-376 of human ACTR1A (NP_005727.1).
This gene encodes a 42.6 kD subunit of dynactin, a macromolecular complex consisting of 10-11 subunits ranging in size from 22 to 150 kD. Dynactin binds to both microtubules and cytoplasmic dynein. It is involved in a diverse array of cellular functions, including ER-to-Golgi transport, the centripetal movement of lysosomes and endosomes, spindle formation, chromosome movement, nuclear positioning, and axonogenesis. This subunit is present in 8-13 copies per dynactin molecule, and is the most abundant molecule in the dynactin complex. It is an actin-related protein, and is approximately 60% identical at the amino acid level to conventional actin.
